Members Area
No you do not. You can apply for a free trial by Clicking HERE. You can attend as many classes as you like and access the gym 24/7 during your trial. You will need to have a valid membership to book classes. Class bookings can only be made within the term of your existing membership.
Class bookings are important as we have limited space and equipment in our dedicated group fitness studio. We also have the booking system to reduce overcrowding and ensure quality instruction of each class.
If you want to do a free trial class and are not a member then please apply for a trial and we will book you in. You can Click HERE to do that.
Go to the Membership Dashboard or Aimz Fitness App and Log In using your email address and password (email address must be the same as the one you signed up with). Click the calendar then book your classes.
On the membership dashboard and the Aimz Fitness App you can click LEAVE classes that you have booked on the calendar. It is important to remove your booking as soon as you can if you cannot attend so that someone else can attend the class. All classes have a waitlist function and will automatically email the next person on the waitlist if a place opens up.
You can book the class you wish to attend and go on the waitlist. If someone from the class cancels then the system will automatically email through the first person on the waitlist offering them a spot in the class.
We suggest you book your desired classes 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure you have a place in the class. Especially for small group classes such as Factor F which only offers 8 spaces in the class to ensure the instructor can check your technique and you have the full session on your own suspension training system.
If you miss 2 classes in a row that you have booked in for (and did not click the LEAVE button) then you will have a stand down period of 48 hours whereby any other classes you have booked for during this time will be removed and you will not be able to book in classes during this time. After the 48 hours stand-down has been removed you will be able to book classes as normal.
